We are back at the fair Anuga 2021
After a period of absence due to Corona, we are pleased to announce that Grozette is participating at the Anuga fair in Cologne from 9 - 13 October 2021.
We are located in hall 10.1 and our booth number is F061 F069.

New in our productrange: Plant-based cheese
Cheese in sachets, the ideal addition during COVID-19 time!
Hygiene and food safety are of even greater importance during the COVID-19 period. Our sachets are ideally suited for this. The single-use principle of the pre-packaged sachets contributes to this.
Other advantages of portion packs include:
- Consumers can compose the meal themselves.

Grozette is supplier of organic cheese products for 25 years!
At the beginning of November, a SKAL audit took place at Grozette, with positive results. We are certified again to produce organic products in 2021.
The Skal Foundation is responsible for the certification of organic products in the Netherlands. They supervise companies that have received the Skal certificate, in order to guarantee that they also comply with the regulations.
Grozette has been Skal certified since 1995, which is already 25 years!
Grozette starts building new construction in Woerden
Preparations for the new Grozette building in Woerden started last week. The new building extends production possibilities and creates the conditions to meet the highest requirements for food safety and sustainability. The new construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2022.
Grozette also has vegetarian cheese products in its range
In addition to the basic ingredient milk, cheese also contains rennet to make the cheese. This is often animal rennet. The vegetarian alternative is microbial rennet. This is made from microorganisms. Cheese made with microbial rennet is vegetarian cheese.

Consumers want to eat more consciously and in a more varied way. Besides the most consumed cow cheese, goat cheese is still popular.
