Last part new construction phase 2
We are working hard to finish the outside of phase 2 of our new site, the logistics center, and warehouses. The activities include placing the panels on the outside of the building as well as finalising the street and parking areas.
We’ll connect phase 2 to phase 1 mid-November. From then on it will be one big new Grozette building, and we will then start using the logistics center and warehouses.
All the construction work will be completed in December. From January 2023 we’ll be fully ready, a moment we are all looking forward to!
Start Phase 2 of new construction Grozette
The demolition of the old Grozette building is well underway. The building has been demolished from the inside, whereby everything that can be reused has been removed separately. After the demolition, the construction of phase 2 will start. From this part the expedition will take place (loading and unloading of goods) and the storage of finished products and packaging material. Phase 2 of construction is expected to be completed in November.
Update new construction phase 2
These picture gives an impression of how the new building is progressing. The steel construction is finished and the panels for the wall and roof are being placed.
Next to our new office, the final phase of the construction is now clearly visible. At the end of this year we are working towards the final!
